Greenville & East Texas
Calm, clear help for the technology in your house.
In-home support for phones, TVs, Wi-Fi, computers, and everyday smart devices— explained patiently, set up carefully, and left working the way you need. Same local person every visit—not a rotating app tech or big-box ticket.
Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 am – 6:00 pm by appointment · After-hours and Saturday by appointment
Practical help at your kitchen table or living room—no jargon dump, no rush.
Troubleshooting that starts where you are: slow computers, confusing settings, devices that “used to work,” and the small problems that eat an afternoon.
Side-by-side walkthroughs for phones, tablets, laptops, remotes, and apps—paced for you or a family member, with notes you can keep.
A short, by-appointment visit to sort priorities, estimate time and cost, and decide whether a full visit makes sense. For scoping—not free labor. No obligation.
Secure wall mounting, sensible height and angle, and tidy cable routing so the room looks finished—not temporary.
Dead zones, weak upstairs signal, guest networks, and “why is everything buffering?”—checked room by room and explained in plain language.
Lights, thermostats, speakers, and hubs configured so they work together—without turning your house into a science project.
Consumer camera and smart-lock setup, app access, and household sharing. Not a licensed alarm contractor—no monitored alarm systems or fire/life-safety claims.
New computer setup, printer headaches, email and browser basics, and streaming boxes (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, and similar) made usable for the whole household.

By appointment. We scope the job and quote the visit—no obligation. Not a free repair session.
How hourly time is billed: 1-hour minimum on hourly visits. After the first hour, time is billed in half-hour steps and rounded up to the next half hour (example: 1 hour 10 minutes = 1.5 hours). Flat “from $” packages are quoted as a job price instead—unless the scope grows, in which case we’ll re-quote before continuing. Travel within the listed service area is included for most Greenville-area visits; farther towns may include a small trip fee, quoted up front.
I’m a solo operator with an ops and systems background—used to making complicated setups reliable, then explaining them so they stay that way. Most visits are for households that want technology to feel ordinary again: seniors learning a new phone, families juggling streaming and Wi-Fi, or anyone tired of guessing at settings.
You’ll get the same local person every time—not a rotating tech from an app or a big-box ticket. I show up, listen first, and leave things labeled and documented when that helps. No sales pitch for gear you don’t need. If something is outside consumer tech (licensed electrical, monitored alarms, enterprise IT, or shop-level board repair), I’ll say so and point you toward the right kind of help.
Straight answers before you book a visit.
Most work is in-home. That’s where Wi-Fi, TVs, printers, and “it only fails here” problems actually show up. For a small device question, we can sometimes start with a phone call or the free consult and decide together.
Yes. The goal is that you (or the person who lives with the tech) can use it after I leave. I slow down, avoid buzzwords, and write simple steps when useful. You’re never expected to “just know.”
It’s a short, by-appointment visit to look at the situation, talk through options, and estimate time and cost for a full visit. It’s for scoping and fit—not free labor or a sales demo. If something is truly a one-minute fix, we may finish it then; otherwise we’ll schedule proper paid time.
No. I help with consumer cameras, video doorbells, and smart locks—install, app setup, and household access. I am not a licensed alarm contractor and do not offer monitored alarm, fire, or life-safety systems.
That’s a big part of the work. Training visits focus on the few things that matter day to day—calls, photos, texting, streaming, passwords—so confidence grows without overwhelm. Family members are welcome to sit in.
Weekday hours are Mon–Fri 9:00 am – 6:00 pm by appointment. Evenings and Saturdays are available by appointment at the after-hours rate when I’m free. Call or email and we’ll see what fits.
There is a 1-hour minimum. After the first hour, I bill in half-hour steps and round up to the next half hour. Example: 1 hour 10 minutes is billed as 1.5 hours; 1 hour 40 minutes is billed as 2 hours. Time starts when I arrive for the appointment and ends when I leave. Flat package jobs are different—they’re quoted as a set price unless we agree to change the scope.
Most weekday visits are $85/hour. After-hours and Saturday visits (by appointment) are $125/hour. Hourly visits have a 1-hour minimum; after that, time is billed in half-hour steps and rounded up (example: 1 hour 10 minutes = 1.5 hours). Some common jobs have flat “from” prices on the Pricing section. You’ll get a clear estimate before work starts. Appointments are by schedule—not walk-in. Call or email with your town, a short description, and preferred days.
Based in Greenville, with visits to nearby towns. Farther spots—ask and we’ll see if the schedule works.
Not listed? Ask anyway—nearby East Texas towns are often workable depending on schedule and travel.
